Animated Water Text

Needed tools:
Open a new image 500 X 200 transparent
Flood with a blue gradient. Open another image, same size, flood white. Apply Xenofex 2 > Little Fluffy Clouds.
Activate the blue image. Use your selection tool set to rectangle and select the bottom half of your image, copy.
Open Animation Shop. Click File > New. Make a new transparent image 500 X 200 Transparent.
CTRL + E to paste. Place it right in the middle. This will give your effect some room to move.
Click Effects > Insert Image effects. Select the Underwater effect.
In the lower left corner of your effect window, set the Effect length to 2.0 and the Frames per second to 5.
Click the Customize button. Here are the other settings in the customize window. Wave 1
Wave 2
Wave 3 and higher.
This will bring you back to the effect window, click ok.
Your image will now have 11 frames. Move the slider bar all the way to the left so that the first frame is visible. Click on the first frame to select it and delete. Now you have 10 frames.
Back to Paint Shop Pro. Select your cloud image, copy Back to animation Shop again. Paste as a new image (CTRL + V). Duplicate selected until you have 10 frames.
Select your water image, select all (CTRL + A) and copy Select your sky image, select all, paste (CTRL + E). Place the water at the bottom of the image.
Select all, Export to paint Shop pro.
Paint Shop Pro will automatically open and your new image will be on the screen with 10 layers. Activate the top layer. Use your text tool. Choose a fat font and type in the text that you would like. Make sure that Selection is checked at the bottom of the text window.
Use your Mover tool. with your RIGHT mouse button, slide your text selection so that it is half over the sky and half over the water.
Selections > Invert.
In the layer Palette, press delete on each layer. Your image will now look like this.

In the layer palette, activate the top layer and apply Inner Bevel using the PILLOW preset with the Ambience raised to 60. Apply the same Inner bevel to each layer. Deselect.
Update back to Animation Shop. You MUST close this image in Paint shop pro after updating back to Animation Shop.
In Animation shop, use your crop tool and crop your image to the size of your text.
View > Animation. Your animation should look something like this.
If it's moving too fast, select all, right click and select Frame Properties from the drop down menu, Change the speed to 20 and click ok.
