What you make with this this tutorial is yours but please don't steal my work


Needed tools: Eye Candy 4000


Open a new transparent image 400 X 400.

Fill with white

Apply Eye Candy 4000 > Water Drops

Select the Little Round Drops from the presets

Lower the drop size


In your layer palette, duplicate your layer.

With your mover tool move the top layer slightly up and to the right.

Duplicate your top layer and move it up and to the right again.

Apply crop with the Layer Opaque clicked on the toolbar.
For PSP7, crop to the size of the top layer.

Make a note of the new size of your image,
The screen shot below shows that my new size is 375 X 376

Save this image as bubbles.psp and close.


Make a new image the same size as the previous image.

Use your freehand selection tool and select an area appx. 1/2 of the bottom.

Fill with a pebble or grainy pattern. Do not deselect.

Apply a grainy texture.

Select none. In your layer palette duplicate twice for a total of three identical layers.


Make the top layer active.

Apply Eye candy 4000 > Fur

Select Blur-Haired Punk from the presets.

Lower the length. to about 80
You can keep the color or change it to a more desired color. I changed mine to light green.

Click ok. Make the middle layer active. Apply the SAME plugin. Click Random Seed once and click ok
Repeat for the bottom layer, remembering to click Random Seed.

Save this as fur.psp and close.


Open another transparent image, same size

Use your Tube tool.
Select the Grass Blades tube. This tube comes with PSP.

Change the size to 58, the step to 36.

With your mouse start at the left side and make a straight line, finishing on the right side of your image.
Use your mover tool and pull the grass down to it touches the bottom if the image.


In your layer palette duplicate twice for a total of three identical layers.
Apply Eye Candy 4000 > Jiggle

Select the Slight Bent preset and click OK.

Apply to the remaining 2 layers clicking Random Seed each time.

Save as grass.psp and close.


Open Animation Shop

Click File > Preferences > General Program Preferences > Layered Flies
Make sure that "Keep layers as separate frames" is checked and click OK.
Open all three of your files.


Make the Grass image active. Select all and copy
Make the bubbles active.
Select all and paste into selected (CTRL + E) and paste the grass onto the bubbles.
You can close the original grass image now as you're done with it.

Make your fur image active. Select all, copy
Make your bubbles/grass image active.
Select all, paste into selected and place the fur at the bottom of the image.
Close your original fur image as you're done with it.


Select all. File > Export > to Paint Shop Pro
PSP 10 select all, copy and paste as new in PSP.

You will have a new three layered files in psp.

Make the top layer active, make a new layer. Apply your desired text.
Make the text almost as wide as the image.
Use a fat font, color does not matter.


Use your deformation tool (PSPX calls this the pick tool) to stretch your text up.


Apply the deformation.
With the top layer active, select all, float, defloat
You should have a selection that is formed around the text.
Click selections > Invert
Go through all layers and press delete.
This will delete all of the image outside the text.

Selections > Invert

With your top layer still active, press your delete key. This will erase the text but keep the selection.
Apply cutout with the settings below.  COPY. Do not deselect.


Make each of the bottom three layers active and paste into selection.

 

Select none. Delete all layers except the bottom three.


Click Edit > Update back to Animation Shop
(PSP X must save this image in psp format and open in animation shop)


Select all. Click Animation > Frame Properties and change the speed to 40.

Double click on your crop tool.
Click surround Opaque, click ok.

Click on the Crop tool in the toolbar.
Save and you're done.
