To see what "copyright" means, please click the link below Needed tools. A sparkle tube. If you don't have one, you can get it here http://a1emporium.com/index513.html Open the tube that you would like to use in your background. I have chosen the one below. I've added a black background to to so that you can see it better, but it actually had a transparent background.
In your layer palette, duplicate your sparkle 3 times for a total of four layers. Lower the opacity of the first layer to about 22 the second to about 45 the third to about 75 and the last one stays at 100. Your layer palette should look like the one below.
Save your image in PSP format. Open Animation Shop. Click on File > Preferences > General program Preferences.
Click on the Layered Files tab and select Keep Layers as separate frames and click ok.
Open the image that you just saved in paint Shop pro. It will look something like the one below, I have included one with a black background so that you can see it better.
Click File > New. Make your new image 200 X 200 Click Opaque and select the color that you would like for your background color. Dark colors work best. I have selected black. Click OK.
Activate your sparkle tube and press SHIFT + S to bring up the resize window. Resize your sparkle to the size that you want. I resized by 60% of original twice.
Activate your black image. Right click and select duplicate selected. left click, right click and select duplicate selected again. Repeat. You should now have 4 frames in your black image. Activate your sparkle tube. Press CTRL + A to select all. Press CTRL + C to copy. Activate your black image. Move the slider bar at the bottom all the way to the left so that frame one is visible. Select all. Press CTRL + E to paste a sparkle onto your black image. You can move your mouse around till you get the sparkle just where you want it, then click your mouse to drop your sparkle onto your image. Paste a few sparkles.
Activate your sparkle tube. Click on frame 1 to select it. Press CTRL + X to cut. Click on the last frame (frame 3) Right click on frame 3 select paste > After current frame This will effectively move the first frame to the end. Your current last frame is your former first frame.
With your sparkle still active, select all and copy again. Activate your black image, Select all and paste a few more sparkles onto your image.
Activate the sparkle again. Cut the first frame again. click on the third frame and paste after current frame to transfer the first frame to the back again.
Select all, copy. Activate your black image, select all and paste a few more. Transfer front to back again. You have now transferred front to back 3 times. With an image with four frames, three transfers is all you need, if you do it a forth time, you'll be back where you started. Select all, copy
Paste a few more sparkles
Click View Animation
