Needed tools.

Simple Quick Tile

Open a new image 200 X 200 transparent.

To use a pattern, set your color palette to the pattern of your choice, Fill

To use a gradient, Set your color palette to gradient and select the color gradient that you prefer.

The settings for your gradient are shown below.

Fill your image with your gradient.

Copy your image (CTRL + C)

Open Animation shop. Paste (CTRL + V)

Click Effects > Insert Image Effect.

Select the Spiral effect. Click OK.

 

Select all (CTRL + A)

Copy (CTRL + C)

Go back to paint Shop Pro and paste (CTRL + V)

Merge visible layers

Apply Simple Quick Tile

(HINT If you have a different tile program that you prefer over quick tile, feel free to use it)

Your Image will look something like this.

Lower the opacity to about 30 depending on the colors that you started with.

Merge and flatten.

Save in jpg format.
