What you make is yours but please don't steal my
work.
Open a new image 350 X 350 transparent.

Use your preset shape tools. Select the shape that
you would like your window to be.
Mine is rectangle but you can select any shape you like.
I used line width 20.

Make a new layer.
Use your line tool line width set at 10
and make the inside bars of your window.
Merge visible. Apply the inner bevel setting of your choice.
Copy.

open your scenery image. Its best if your scenery
does not have transparent areas
SHIFT + D to make a duplicate of your scenery and close the original
to preserve it.
Paste the window as a new layer.

With your magic wand tool, click on the outside of
the window
Make your scenery active, press delete.

Crop to the size of the window.
Select none.
Make 2 duplicates of your scenery for a total of 3.

Make the top scenery layer active. make a new
layer.
Select your paintbrush tool. Choose these settings (shown below)

In your color palette, make your foreground color white..
Stamp your new layer one time

Adjust > Blur > Motion Blur
angle = 3, strength = 20.

Right click on your blurred layer and merge down.
(for psp 7, turn off all layers except the blurred layer and the top
scenery layer, merge visible)
Turn the merged layer off.
Make the middle scenery layer active
Make a new layer
with paintbrush still active, settings the same,
Stamp your new layer once.
Apply the same motion bur but change the strength to 24.
right click on you blurred layer, merge down.
Turn your merged layer off.
Make your bottom scenery layer active.
Make a new layer.
Stamp with your paintbrush
Apply motion blur with the strength set at 28
Merge down.
Turn on all layers
Make your window layer active.
Add whatever decorations you would like (I added
the puppies)
Merge down so decorations and the window are on the same layer.
Save in psp format.
Open Animation shop
Click File > Preferences > General Program Preferences > Layered
Files
Make sure that "Keel layers as separate frames" is checked, click ok
open your image.
On the top toolbar, click the propagate paste
button.
Click on the frame containing the window. copy
Select all.
Press and hold CTRL and click on the window to UN select it
CTRL + E to paste into selected and paste the windows onto the
scenery frames.
Save
