Needed tools:

Flaming Pear Flood

Xenofex2

Open a new image 500 X 500 transparent

Flood black. Apply Xenofex2 > little Fluffy Clouds

Use the Little Dark Storm setting.

Use your selection tool set to circle. Place your mouse at the 250 X 250 coordinates and make a selection in the center of your image. Copy and paste as a new image.

With the circle active, colorize your image with the settings shown below.

When your image is colorized, copy.

Refer to the original image, deselect if you have not already done so.

Press CTRL + L TWO times. This will place two moon layers on your image.

The top layer will automatically be active. Apply Cutout with the settings below.

In your layer palette, merge visible layers.

HINT...because you made your selection in the exact center of your image, the clouds on the background will match up with the clouds on your moon. It will look like the moon is behind the clouds.

Pretty cool huh?

Duplicate your layer two times for a total of three layers.

Be sure that the top layer is active.

Apply Flaming Pear Flood, using the Ordinary water preset.

The default waviness setting is 40. Adjust the horizon so that it is right in the middle of your moon.

In your layer palette, turn OFF the top layer and activate the middle layer.

Apply FLOOD again. Do not change any settings except the waviness. Raise the waviness to 50 and click ok.

Turn OFF the middle layer and activate the bottom layer.

Apply Flood again with the waviness raised to 60.

Turn on all layers.

Activate the top layer. make a new layer.

Choose the boat that you would like to use. Add it as a new layer. Be sure that the boat layer is the top layer.

Duplicate 3 times.

Apply the same flood that you applied to the moon

1. Be sure that the you adjust the horizon

2. the waviness on the first boat layer is 40, the second boat layer 50, the third boat layer 60.

Be sure that all layers are on and save in PSP format.

Open animation Shop

File > Preferences > General Program Preferences > Layered Flies

Be sure that Each Layer is in a separate frame is checked and click ok. Open your image.

Your image will look something like the one below.

Click on the first boat frame. Hold your CTRL key down and click on the remaining 2. Now all 3 boat frames are selected. Press CTRL + X to Cut.

Press CTRL + A to select the moon layers

CTRL + E to paste the boats onto the moons.

While all frames are selected. right click and select Frame properties. Change the default speed to 30.

Click on the center frame and copy

Click on the last frame to select it. Right click and select Paste > After current Frame

Resize to your liking.

Save.
