Open a new image transparent 400 X 400.
Use your selection tool set to rectangle and make a rectangle
near the upper right corner of your image,
Fill with your wood pattern. Do not deselect.

Selections > Modify > contract > 10. Press your delete key.
Deselect.
Apply Eye candy 4000 Bevel Boss using the Carve with Lip preset as shown below.


Duplicate your layer two times for a total of three identical
layers. Using your mover tool,
slide the one of the duplicates down
so the two rectangles are touching.

Use your deformation tool.
1. Grab the node (small square) along the bottom edge and push UP to make
this rectangle half the length as the one above it.
2. Hold your SHIFT key down on your keyboard. Still working
with the same node, move it over to the left.
Release the shift key and apply your deformation.

Move the second duplicate down so that it touches the bottom
of
the rectangle that you reshaped.

Make a new layer named "side". Use your selection tool and
make a small rectangle
on the right side. The length should be the same as the bottom rectangle.
The left edge should be side by side with the bottom rectangle.
The right side should line up with the right edge of the top rectangle (see
image below)

Fill with the wood pattern.
Selections > contract > 10. Press your delete key.
Use your deformation tool. Hold your SHIFT key down again and grab the node
along the right edge.
Push this node UP so that the top side touches the middle rectangle (see image
below)

Apply the deformation. Apply the same Bevel Boss setting.
Activate the layer with the bottom rectangle. Using the magic
wand tool, click on the inside.
Fill with your wood pattern.
Repeat for the side layer.
**HINT** You may want to expand the selection by 2 before filling

Use your magic wand tool again and click on the inside of the
middle rectangle.
Make a new layer called "inside"
Fill with your fur pattern.
Use your selection tool set to point to point and select the
left corner as shown below.
Adjust the brightness to -20. This will define the corner.

Make a new layer called "fur1"
Using your selection tool still set to point to point, select
the ledge that your ballerina will stand on, as shown below,
Fill with your fur pattern.

Make a new layer called "fur2"
Select an area like the one below.
Things to point out
1. The top of the fur 2 layer touches the bottom of the fur 1 layer.
2. The top left corner of the selection touches the middle rectangle.
3. The bottom of the selection is nestled in the corner.
Fill with your fur pattern. Adjust the brightness to -20.

In your layer palette, turn OFF all of the layers except the
three fur layers. merge visible and rename "fur"
Move the fur layer to the bottom.

Turn all of the other layers back on.
Activate the top rectangle. Use your magic wand tool and click on the inside of
the rectangle.
Make a new layer called "mirror".
Fill the mirror layer with a light grey. Lower the opacity of the mirror layer
to 35.
Move the mirror layer to the bottom
Open the tube that you would like to use.
Duplicate and close the original to preserve it.
Resize so that it fits will on the ledge.
Move your tube to the top.

Duplicate your tube and move the duplicate to the bottom, under the mirror.
Move the tube (not the duplicate) over to the side a tad to expose the duplicate under it.

Activate the mirror.
Effects > Illumination > Sunburst.
Use the settings shown below.

Merge visible. Copy and paste as a new image.
This will get rid of any unneeded transparency.

Make a new layer called "jewelry"
Feel free to add whatever you like here.
to do what I did, use your selection tool set to circle and make a small circle.
fill with white and apply Eye candy 4000 > Chrome > Outdoor.
Copy, deselect and paste (CTRL + E) a bunch of times to make a necklace.

When you are done adding your jewelry, merge > Flatten and save as a .jpg.
