Needed Tools

Flaming Pear Hue and Cry

This is a REALLY quick and easy tutorial, 2 minutes to complete

Open a brightly colored tube, anything, a flower, etc.

Duplicate and close the original to preserve it.

SHIFT + S to bring up your resize window. Uncheck your maintain ration button.

Resize your tube to 200 X 200

Apply your Hue and Cry settings. There are some settings that you can play with here.

Select the shape (I used Diamonds) and the Merge level. (I used 2 as that was the one that kept my image the brightest.)

When you have it that way you want it, click ok to apply the effect.

If you have a Tiling effect, such as simple, use it and you're done

if not, no problem

Open a new image 500 X 500 fill with your image.

Press CTRL + E to paste a copy of your image right smack in the center.

Selections > Convert to Seamless pattern

VOILA.

Save your background, you're done.

GREAT job...see I told ya it was easy
