Open a new image 482 X 462 Transparent
Make a new layer
Load 1.sel from the selections included in the zip
file
Flood fill with any solid pastel color. I used
#FFC0FF
Deselect and duplicate this layer
Activate to Layer 2 and lower the opacity to 46%
Activate the copy of Layer 2
Press CTRL + A to select all.
Use your selection tool and click on the layer to
select it
Click Selections > Modify > Contract
Set the number of pixels to 5.
Press delete
Deselect
Click Effects > 3D Effects > Inner Bevel.
Apply the round preset
Activate Layer 2
Apply Inner Bevel but lower the width to 9
Turn OFF layer 1 and merge visible layers
Rename this layer "1"
