Needed tools:
Eye Candy 4000

Open a new image 70 X 400 Transparent

Activate your draw tool.
Set your foreground color to white and your background
color to null.
Here are the settings for the draw tool.


On your image, hold your shift key down to insure a
straight line and draw a line right down the center of your image.
I put the next image on a black background so you could
see the line better.


Apply Eye Candy 4000 > Glass.
Click on Settings and select the Aqua setting. Click ok.

Your image will look like this (shown on both a
transparent and a black background)


The colors are going from dark to light and we want them
from light to dark.
Press CTRL + R to bring up the rotate window. Rotate by
180 degrees.

In your layer Palette, duplicate your layer. Activate your
mover tool and drag your top layer up slightly.


In your layers palette, duplicate your copy of layer1
With your mover tool still active, drag the top layer up
slightly.


Save you image and open Animation Shop.
In Animation shop, click File > Preferences > General
Program Preferences.
Click on the Layered Files tab and set your preferences as
shown below. Click OK.

Click File > Open and open your image.

Click View > Animation.
Your animation should look something like this.

If you are happy with this, save your image.

If you want a few more rows of bubbles click file > New. Open
a new image 300 > 400 Transparent.

You will now have a transparent frame 300 X 400. Duplicate it
twice for a total of three frames.

Refer to your bubble animation. Select all (CTRL + A) and copy
(CTRL + C)
Refer to your 300 X 400 transparent image.
Select all (CTRL + A) and paste (CTRL + E)
Place your first row of bubbles as close to the left edge as
possible.
Paste again at add the second row, repeat until you have about
5 rows of bubbles


Use your crop tool and crop away the unwanted transparency.


Preview your animation. If you are happy with it, save it now.

If it is moving too fast for you, lets slow it down.
Select all.
Right click and select Frame Properties from the drop down
menu.
The default number here is 10. Change it to the speed that you
like. Keep in mind the the HIGHER the number, the SLOWER the animation.

Here are 2 animations. The first one is left at speed 10. The
second one is changed to 30.

When you are happy with the speed, save your image. You're
done.

Notice that the bubbles do NOT change from light to dark, but
are uniform.
