Animated Bubble text

like but don't steal my work.
Open a transparent image 500 X 500.
Your image will not be this big but this will give you room to work.

Flood your image a light color. I used white.
Apply Eye candy 4000 water drops, using the Little Round Drops setting.

Lower the drop size to about 28.

In your layer palette, duplicate your layer.
Turn the top layer off.
Make the bottom layer active.
Use your mover tool and click on your image.
Hold your CTRL key and press your down arrow 2 times.
Duplicate your active layer.
Turn off all layers except the bottom layer.
Make the bottom layer active.
Use your mover tool.
Click on your image.
Hold your CTRL key and press your down arrow 2 times.
Duplicate your active layer.
Repeat the instructions above until you have 5 layers
each one has been moved down a bit further then the layer above it.
Turn all layers on.
Use your crop tool.
Select the center area of your image to exclude and transparent
areas on the top.

Make the top layer active.
Make your text tool active.
Place your text on the top layer with SELECTION
selected in the toolbar.

(pssst, until you click on, the text will appear on
your image.
Once you click ok, it will become a selection.)

Click selections > Invert.
Go through all of the layers, one by one and press delete,

Make the top layer active.
Float (CTRL + F)
On the floating layer, apply Cutout with the settings
shown below.

Defloat (CTRL + SHIFT + F)
Repeat for all of your layers.
Deselect and save in psp, psp 7 compatible format.
Open Animation Shop.
File > Preferences > General Program Preferences > Layered Files.
Make sure your settings are as shown below.

Open your image that you just saved in PSP.
Select all (CTRL + A)
Press ALT + ENTER to se the timing.
The default number is 10. Change it to 20 and click ok.

Double click on your crop tool
to open your drop properties.
Click Surround Opaque. Click OK.

Click the copy button located on the toolbar.
That's is. Time to save and you're done.
