Arrange your layer pallet like this, making sure that the sky layer is active

Now we'll apply some brush strokes

Effects > 3D effects > Artistic Effects > Brush strokes

Here are the settings

Here is what you should have so far

Merge visible layers and rename it "background"

Hide your background layer

Make a new layer and name it "back"

Use your selection tool set to rounded rectangle, feather, 0

Set you foreground pattern to Phone Pole

Make a selection like this and fill

Use your mover tool. With your RIGHT mouse button grab the selection and drop it just below the existing one and fill

DO NOT DESELECT

Merge visible layers and make a new layer and name it "seat"

Use your mover tool again, with the RIGHT mouse button, grab and drop 2 more times, filling each time.

Deselect

Select all

Selections > Select all

Use your selection tool and click on the bottom rectangle

Now you will notice that BOTH of the bottom rectangles are selected.

Use your deformation tool

Holding the shift key down, grab the lower corner of both the right and the left sides and drag them to the right

Release the shift key.

Grab the little square shown below

and drag it up slightly

release and apply the deformation
