| Make a new image 500X500 Make a new layer called Flowers
Put some flowers slightly below the half way mark of your image
Make a new layer called grass
Use your freehand tool set to point to point. Select just below the flowers
and everything underneath and fill with a light green. Opacity set to 50%
Apply Eye Candy 4000 Fur
Effects > Plug-in Filters > Eye Candy 4000 > Fur
Grab the flowers layer with your mover tool and move it down a little to
close the gap between the grass and the flowers.
Make a new layer called sky
Use your Paintbrush tool at these settings
Put white dots scattered all over your sky
Do it again but change your color to a medium blue
Use your retouch tool with these settings. Use a circular motion to smudge
your dots. Make sure your don't smudge them TOO much. You still want to be able
to see a little definition between the white and the blue.
