Deselect
Load your circle from Alpha channel again
This time expand my 10
Press delete. Deselect.
Press CTRL + A to select all
Use your selection tool and click on the white ring to select it.
Flood with your Metallic gradient. Apply Inner Bevel using the Soft Edge Preset.
Make a new layer
(Instead of making your own clouds, you can cheat and use a scenery image)
Use your Paint brush tool. Select custom. Choose the cloud brush. Use the settings below
Set your foreground color to white and put about 3 or 4 clouds on your image.
Duplicate this layer 7 times so that you have a total of 8 identical copies.
Turn off all copies except the top one. Rename this layer "pink"
Click > Effects > 3D Effects > Cutout. DO NOT FLOAT
